All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

No Refunds
All course registrations are non-refundable. Once a student enrolls, they receive access to intellectual property, training materials, scheduling allocations, and compliance-based instruction that cannot be returned. For this reason, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to schedule conflicts, change of plans, or inability to complete the course.

Transfer of Enrollment
If a student is unable to attend, they may transfer their enrollment to another individual. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing prior to the start of training. The substitute participant must meet all course requirements and agree to the same terms and conditions. Only one transfer per registration is permitted.

Downgrade Option (In Lieu of Refund)
Students enrolled in a higher-tier training option may request to downgrade to the Self-Paced Course with Mock Collections. This option is provided as a courtesy alternative to cancellation.
Please note:

No price difference will be refunded.

The downgrade simply converts the training format and access level.

All original terms of purchase remain in effect.

Scheduling Responsibility
It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they can attend scheduled sessions, complete required mock collections (if applicable), and meet certification timelines before enrolling.

Acknowledgment of Policy
By completing registration, the student acknowledges and agrees to this No Refund Policy and understands that enrollment secures access to training resources, instructor time, and compliance-based materials that make refunds impractical.
