3. The mock qualification was successfully completed, and five (5) mock Custody and Control Forms (CCFs) were submitted
Yes. Collectors are required to retain copies of their completed Custody and Control Forms (CCFs), mock collection checklist, and signed certification. These documents must be properly maintained and readily available for review in the event of an audit or compliance inspection.
Once all requirements have been met and verified, please allow up to seven (7) business days for certificate processing. The official certification will be issued and sent to you via email.
Under DOT regulations, collector qualification remains valid for five (5) years. Within this period, collectors must complete refresher training, which includes both full retraining and mock collections, before the five-year deadline to maintain compliance. Failure to complete both components within the required timeframe will result in loss of qualification under DOT standards.
